Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Ridge Property Management is a Salt Lake City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
