Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Field Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
