Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Bright Community Partners Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 844 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
