Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Lantern Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Salt Lake City, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
