Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Linden Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Salt Lake City, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
