Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Redstone Yarrow Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
