Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Basin Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Sacramento area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
