Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Sparrow Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
