Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Glen Legal Group provides legal services in Sacramento across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
