Stonegate Clear Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
