Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Rochester, NY)

Ironwood Pike Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Rochester. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 341 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
