Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Rochester, NY)

Fernwood Ivory Health is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
