Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Rochester, NY)

Nova Quill Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Rochester serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
