Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rook Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
