Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Nova Ridge Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
