Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Nova Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
