Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Amber Staffing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
