Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Richmond serving students and families. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
