Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Richmond, VA)

Nova Sable Early Learning runs childcare centres in Richmond caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
