Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Reno, NV)

Summit Glen Legal Group provides legal services in Reno across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
