Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Maple Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
