Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cross Legal Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 435 people based in Reno. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
