Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Reno, NV)

Redstone Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Reno. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
