Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Wilder Property Management is a Reno property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
