Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Reno. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
