Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Reno, NV)

Westbrook Lantern Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Reno. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
