Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Reno, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
