Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Silverline Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Little Rock, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 556 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
