Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit West Telecom Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
