Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Greenridge Clear Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
