Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Mill Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
