Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Foxglove Umber Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Providence, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
