Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Clearpath Thistle Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
