Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Foxglove River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around San Diego with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
