Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Amber Community Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
