Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ridge Insurance Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
