Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Clearpath West Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
