Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Cedar Summit Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in El Paso, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 718 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
