Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Ironwood Ashton Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
