Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Silverline Ivory Health runs clinics and patient services around Knoxville. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
