Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Knoxville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
