Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Umber Health is a healthcare provider in Atlanta with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
