Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Banking Services is a regional lender in Jackson with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
