Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Greenridge Ember Property Management is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
