Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Dallas area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
