Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Fernwood Ivory Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
