Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Greenridge Oak Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the New Orleans area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
