Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Redstone Sable Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
