Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Silverline Clear Health provides primary and specialty care in Richmond, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
