Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Amber Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 658 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
